Welcome to the Conscious Career!

To know me, you need to know a little about my story.

It all started 3 years ago. I was ecstatic when I first got to college. I thought this was the place I would finally figure out who I am and what I wanted to do post-graduation. However, little was actually done by my college to help me figure out my interests and how to secure a job.

I took it upon myself to learn the ins and outs of the recruiting and interview process

Therefore, while at Brown, I took it upon myself to learn the ins and outs of the recruiting and interview process. I’m talking 100s of hours spent poring over the internet, skimming through 1000s of more articles to get all the information I needed. Attending multiple courses and workshops to learn tips and tricks from the recruiters themselves. And talking to over 70+ recent graduates, associates and directors about what they did to stand out from the competition.

My researched helped me secure interviews at top tier firms like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bain Capital, Bridgewater Associates with no previous experience and while pursuing a major I loved (shout-outs to History Majors!).

However, while working at Morgan Stanley and connecting with the likes of heads of department, the CMO and the CEO, I quickly realized I felt zero fulfillment. That’s because deep in my heart, I knew this wasn’t what I wanted to do. Even my supervisors told me that I was meant to pursue something more than finance!

I traveled to 18 cities and worked in 4 different companies

So I spent a full year away from college in a journey to figure out who am I, what makes me tick and what’s stopping me from pursuing what I really want.

After traveling to 18 cities, working in 4 different companies, and spending time to ask myself the hard questions, I was able to develop a framework I can use for the rest of my life to make sure I’m fulfilled by the activities I’m doing. I can firmly say I know exactly what I want in life, what my purpose is, and what path I want to follow.

And that’s where I want to help you. I know what it’s like to have no clue about what I want to do, be anxious about the future, be scared of failure, want meaning in my career, but also want a career that is financially stable.

I developed a step-by-step process that can help you launch a fulfilling and financially stable career path

Through my personal experiences figuring out every aspect of the recruiting process and my personal self-discovery, I’ve developed a step-by-step process that can help you

  • Develop a deep sense of self-understanding to discover what’s important to you

  • Gain clarity about the direction you want to pursue after graduation

  • Understand the ins and outs of the job market so you can consistently get interviews

  • Prepare you through resume edits and mock interviews to ensure you make a lasting impact at your interviews

  • And most importantly, launch a FULFILLING and FINANCIALLY stable career path

Prevention is the best cure for a disease. Don’t be the graduate who’s two years out, miserable and still has no clue what they want to do in life.
